CalendarCelebrating life since 1979, Hospice of Wake County provides physical, emotional and spiritual care to those living with an advanced illness, their caregivers and those who have lost a loved one.
End-of-life is experienced throughout your own community – a community of family, colleagues, neighbors, loved ones. Support is available in many different and appropriate forms, whether the need is for hospice, palliative care, transitional home health, or grief support.
Call us at 1-919-828-0890 for more information, especially if you’re dealing with frequent ER visits, unexplained weight loss, continuous pain, or unresolved grief following the death of someone close to you.
We provide care where you are, whether you’re in a private home or care facility, in Durham, Franklin, Harnett, Johnston, or Wake County.
In 2011, Hospice of Wake County and Hospice of Harnett County merged to increase access to compassionate end-of-life services in our community.
