Horizons Grief Center

Horizons Grief Center is a division of Hospice of Wake County and is committed to providing compassionate grief support to adults, teens and children who are grieving the loss of a family member or close friend. Our support groups, educational programs and counseling services are available to all members of the community. We do not charge a fee for our services. We ask only that those who are able to make a donation do so, so that we can continue to provide grief services to all members of our community, whether or not they have had a loved one served by Hospice of Wake County. 

We recognize that each loss is unique, as is each person's response to loss. Therefore, we do offer a variety of services. Click on a button below to find out more.
