Hospice of Wake County
Hospice of Wake County has moved to its new home off of Trinity Road.
The new address, effective November 9, 2009 is 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607. All emails, phone numbers and fax numbers will not change.
Directions: From I-40 or I-440, exit on Wade Avenue. Take Edwards Mill Road south to Trinity Road. Turn right onto Trinity Road and continue until you cross over I-40. The Hospice of Wake County campus is immediately on the right.
