Hospice of Wake County’s relationships with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professions in the community we serve are vitally important as they allow us to provide quality end of life care throughout our seven-county service area.
Since 1979, we’ve provided hospice and palliative care to residents of Wake County and the surrounding area and during that time, we have developed an unparalleled expertise in this field. We are here not only to support our healthcare partners but also to provide education on issues related to end of life. Our goal is to provide a resource to the medical community that enables them to provide the best care for their patients up to the very end of their lives.
Hospice of Wake County staff, sensitive to the uniqueness of each family, provides care in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner. Hospice of Wake County is Medicare and Medicaid certified, ACHC accredited, a member of AHHC and, the Carolinas Center for Hospice and End of Life Care.
