Nursing (LPN/RN)

- Mar 24 2010 - PRN position to provide the after hours nursing coverage for patients on assigned weekends, holidays and week nights; to provide after hours nursing support to patients and families who have questions, concerns or emergencies; requires staff to make visits to patients’ homes to provide symptom relief and or support at the time of a patient’s death; collaborates with the manager on call and the weekend on call charge nurse; RN with current NC license; BSN preferred; Minimum 4 years recent clinical experience; Hospice and/or home health or nursing home experience or equivalent preferred; Hospice Nurse Certification preferred; Competent computer skills; Must have access to reliable transportation.

- Jul 23 2010 - Full-time position to provide scheduled visits for patients assigned; providing optimum patient comfort as part of an interdisciplinary team under the RN Case Manager following the attending physician’s orders consistent with the agency’s mission statement and regulatory systems; Licensed Practical Nurse with current NC license; Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience. Hospice and/or home health or nursing home experience or equivalent preferred; Hospice Nurse Certification preferred; Knowledgeable about reimbursement sources, Medicare regulations, licensing laws, and accreditation standards; Competent computer skills. Schedule is Monday-Friday 10:00 am-6:30 pm
